Michael Jewett

Michael Jewett, the founder and a partner of Virtus Consulting Group, Inc. (VCG) has over ten years professional consulting experience. He is responsible for all aspects of the company, including business development, project management, delivery execution, training and recruiting. Mr. Jewett has extensive experience with the design and implementation of Federal programs including; activity-based cost management (ABCM), budget and performance management systems.

David Ferry

Mr. Ferry is a partner of Virtus Consulting Group, Inc. (VCG) with more than 20 years professional experience in the private and public sectors. He has directed large and small corporate reporting units for Fortune 500 companies and has extensive experience overseeing financial reporting software implementations and conversions. He specializes in management consulting, activity-based costing (ABC), performance budgeting and planning (PBB), internal controls, and revenue assurance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia.
